Frequently asked questions
Can we try it first?
Yes. The first month is free and no card is needed. Get in touch and we'll set up an account for your clinic.
Do you keep medical records?
Not yet. Today we cover the front desk, the schedule, online booking, payments and settlements, while doctors keep their records in their current EHR system. Lessora Med works alongside it. Medical records are planned for the second phase.
Does a doctor from another clinic have to pay?
No. The clinic pays for the software. The doctor has one free account to sign in to every clinic they work at.
How does online booking work?
The schedule in Lessora Med is the source of truth: we send free times to online booking platforms, and bookings, cancellations and moves come back to the front desk automatically. The integrations are in progress.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the European Union. The clinic remains the controller of its patients' data, and we process it under a data processing agreement.
Can I move my data from my current software?
Yes. You can import doctors, patients and planned visits from a CSV or XLSX file, and we'll help you prepare the data when you start.
Does it issue fiscal receipts?
No. You record payments in the software and print the receipt on your own fiscal printer. The cash report helps you match the two.
